Abu Dhabi deliveries are on Thursdays only.
Orders placed after Tuesday will be scheduled for the following week.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 5–7 working days
• Promotion period: 7–10 working days (in-stock items)
• Pre-order items: Delivered within 120 days of confirmed purchase
• Deliveries: Monday–Saturday (No Sunday & public holidays)
• Warehouse storage: 2 weeks free
• After 2 weeks: AED 50 per additional week

Out of Service Areas

Madinat Zayed, Al Ruwais, Beda Zayed, Ghayathi, Habshan, Liwa, Tarif, Al Sillah, Al Aagaa, Al Geer, Al Mirfa, Al Buraimi, Al Wagan, Al Qoa, and other remote areas.

• A signature is required upon delivery.
• Estimated delivery times are guidelines only.
• Extra charges may apply for remote areas.
• If an order is out for delivery, cancellation requires receiving and returning it. Delivery charges apply.
• Only one delivery address per order within UAE.
• No shipping to P.O. boxes or outside UAE.
