2021 was all about restructuring our living spaces to make way for our work spaces as our two worlds collided when many of us began to work from home. 2022 invites fresh pops of colour, statement lighting, textured furniture and focuses on sustainable pieces and practices.

We’re always interested to see what the most popular items are within our collections. Major trends of 2022 so far have included textured pieces and natural wood finishes. We have put together our top five current best selling items to reflect what you are loving to buy at the moment! 1. If you’re space isn’t as organized as you would like, it can often seem like a daunting task to make the change and get everything in line. Set aside time to slowly start to go through your possessions. The art of decluttering is simply removing unnecessary items. Sounds simple right? Don’t overthink it. Start with the floor and work your way up to organize shelves, drawers, worktops and eventually everything in between. Read on for our top tips for how to declutter your space and keep it organized: 1. Start small It’s important not to overwhelm yourself when you first get started. Set achievable goals such as areas or time limits to work on a space. Work area by area and then build up toroom by room. Spending 10 minutes a day adds up to over an hour a week which can make a huge difference! We suggest scheduling time on your calendar to not only remind you to make the time but to also to keep you accountable for the areas you are working on. 2. Create a system that suits you When things have a place, it’s easy to stick to a cleaning / decluttering routine. What suits your friend may not work in your space. Work on a system that suits your schedule and your possessions. Designate places for your things to go. The places you choose should most importantly fit the items properly (sounds obvious but you’d be surprised!). Dispose of them and donate them immediately. 5. Be consistent Organization requires maintenance. Once you’ve set up a system that works for you, you will need to ensure you are sticking to it. Once your system is in place, it will become second nature to spend a little extra time each day making sure your space is organized. Thank us later!  

When designing your kid’s playroom, you need to first think about how they will use the space. You should include different storage options, and make sure the mix of furniture is somewhateclectic. Mirrors are a great accessory and styling tool that can make any space look bigger and brighter as well as provide an interesting focal point within the room. Although it may seem obvious, when you position a mirror, it’s important to determine what it will be reflecting. Two of the best reflections to add life to a space are greenery and light.
