Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Charges:

Delivery is applicable only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Delivery charges are as follows. 

Please note that we deliver to Abu Dhabi on Thursdays only. Orders after Tuesday are scheduled for next week.

For the "Out of Service areas" indicated below, please call or email us for delivery charges.

                 

 * Out of Service Areas:

Madinat Zayed, Al Ruwais, Beda Zayed, Ghayathi, Habshan, Liwa, Tarif and Al Sillah, Al Aqaa, Al Geer, Al Mirfa, Al Buraimi, Al Wagan, Al Qoaa, and others that may be considered out of service areas.

Delivery Time:

Currently, we offer only standard delivery (5 to 7 working days) promotion period (7-10 working days) for In stock items. 

Pre-Order items are delivered within 120 days of confirmed purchase. Please bear with us.

 

All orders are delivered within UAE from Monday- Saturday, Excluding Sunday and public holidays.

Items Purchased can be stored for a maximum of 2 weeks in our warehouse, beyond which you will be charged a storage fee of AED50 for each additional Week.
 
 

Important Delivery Information :

  1. A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.
  2. Estimated deliver times are to be used as a guide only and will commence from the date of dispatch.
  3. Woodculture reserves the right to add extra charges to the delivery if your location is in a remote area.
  4. Please note that if your order is already “out for delivery” and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process. The delivery charge will be billed to the customer.
  5. We can ship only to one address per order within the UAE. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
  6. Purchases will not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or to any address outside of the UAE.
