Delivery is applicable only within United Arab Emirates (UAE) . Delivery charges are as follows.

Madinat Zayed, Al Ruwais, Beda Zayed, Ghayathi, Habshan, Liwa, Tarif and Al Sillah, Al Aqaa, Al Geer, Al Mirfa, Al Buraimi, Al Wagan, Al Qoaa, and others that may be considered out of service areas.
Currently, we offer only standard delivery (3 to 7 working days) for In stock items.
Pre-Order items are delivered within 90 days of confirmed purchase. Please bear with us.
All orders are delivered within UAE from Monday- Saturday, Excluding Sunday and public holidays.
Items Purchased can be stored for a maximum of 2 weeks in our warehouse, beyond which you will be charged a storage fee of AED50 for each additional Week.
Important Delivery Information :
- A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.
- Estimated deliver times are to be used as a guide only and will commence from the date of dispatch.
- Woodculture reserves the right to add extra charges to the delivery if your location is in a remote area.
- Please note that if your order is already “out for delivery” and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process. The delivery charge of AED 50 will be billed to the customer.
- We can ship only to one address per order within the UAE. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
- Purchases will not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or to any address outside of the UAE.
Shipping of Refundable item:
To return your product, you should bring your items to: Wood Culture, Al Asayal street, AL Quoz 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
