Do you hold stock of all products?

When an item shows “Pre-order”, it has a lead time of 60-90 days as most of our items are manufactured and shipped from Indonesia.

When an item shows “Add to Cart”, we have it in stock in our warehouse and is ready to be delivered. (Delivery of in-stock items will be done within 3-7 working days). 


Will my Java series Teak Root tables/ Delyar teak root coffee table look exactly as seen on the website?

Please note that each teak root table is unique and will vary in texture and hue. Please contact us if you have any questions about purchasing the organic teak root tables.


Can you deliver goods to a specific room of my house?

 Yes we can. Larger items can be delivered directly to a room of your choice.

In case the ordered product is our Java Teak Root Dining table, please contact us before placing the order. The base of these natural tables weigh about 350-400 kgs and can only be delivered to villa’s with specific entrance dimensions, and cannot be delivered to the top floors of your home. 

Please also make sure the service lifts are working in your apartment if heavy items are being delivered. If not, our delivery personnel "will not" use the stairway (due to safety concerns) and the ordered goods will be returned to our warehouse.


Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a six months warranty on our furniture.

When getting in touch on a product issue, please provide the date of purchase, sales invoice number and contact information (including your address and a telephone number).

Describe the issue in detail and email us (info@woodculture.ae) photographs of the issue to help us ascertain the problem and allow us to rectify any issues in the optimum way (the warranty does not cover accidental damage.)

 

Do prices include VAT?

Yes - all prices shown include VAT.

 

Do you offer free Delivery?

We offer free delivery on order value above AED3000 throughout UAE ( outskirts of Abu Dhabi will be chargeable) . Please refer to Shipping & delivery on our website for more details.

What are my payment options? 

You can use a debit /credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or you can use the installment  (4 interest-free payments) option with Tabby. We also accept tabby payments In-store (you can use your digital Tabby card In-store or Tabby payment link can be provided).

We require full payment for Pre-ordered items  failing which we cannot commit to delivery time frames.


When will my goods be dispatched?

In-stock items will be delivered within 3-7 working days and all pre-ordered items will be delivered within 60-90 days from the date of purchase.

All orders are delivered within UAE from Monday- Saturday(Delivery slots are available between 9 am to 5 pm); Excluding Sundays and public holidays.


What if my goods arrive damaged?

Upon delivery of items, you must check and sign for them.

If something is in any way damaged, the delivery must be signed for as such.

Please notify us with details within 3 days of the date of delivery, and we will happily exchange your goods at no extra cost, or you can choose Store credit for the same amount which will have a validity of 6 months (whichever you prefer.)


What if I am not happy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with a product for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund (please let us know within three days of receiving your goods.)

The item you wish to return has to be dropped at our showroom, and items must be unused, free from defects, and returned in their original packaging, along with all parts and instructions.

If you have already assembled your product please dismantle it and repackage it as you received it. 

We also cannot accept returns on bespoke upholstered and made-to-order items.

 

How will I be refunded? 

Through the original payment method.

We do not offer cash refunds for online purchases.

Refunds take 14 working days to process. 

 

Can I collect my goods from you directly?

You certainly can.

You can choose “In-store pick up” during checkout. you will be notified by mail once the purchased item is transferred from our warehouse to our showroom.

What are your showroom opening hours?

Monday - Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Sunday 2 pm to 8 pm
